ASGARD has developed special machinery and technologies suitable for the production of ASGARD -MFP (Multi Functional Panel), enabling high efficiency and very high quality of the product.
Well equipped with state of the art technology ASGARD system involves a comprehensive process which is planned, engineered and controlled from the first step of designing up to the last step and the completion of the project. Based on ASGARD technology, the fine characteristics of the building depends on pre designing. The panels are produced in the factory and with accordance to the design prepared by architects and building engineers. They are then assembled at the building site and create a strong and firm system. There is no place here for improvisation or deviations from the original plan. The sophisticated technology is detected also in following stages of the project. This process enables the implementation of all other building elements on site, in a precise and short procedure were most of them are pre designed. For example: Windows- window frames are integrated in the prefabricated wall. Thus the only task left on site is the one of installing window itself on site. Electricity- electricity channels are built in the walls and enable simple stringing of electrical wires thus avoiding excavating or re- sealing. Plumbing- also here channels are built in the walls and enable simple piping thus avoiding excavating or re- sealing. One of ASGARD unique characteristics is the ability to handle fine details although it is an industrialized system. Thanks to pre designing, production and implementation, ASGARD system provides various fine technical advantages such as matching the layers of the panels to the climate of the building area, reduces noise levels, special architectural design, panels in special and variable sizes, any kind of finishing, friendly and easy hanging upon walls, and more. The building method enables production in the factory in a continuous, stable production line. Alternatively, in cases were one has to take into account various obstacles such as distance, reduction of costs and time, availability of raw materials etc, a temporary production line could be erected on site. |
